There are some events on the calendar that are not listed above. These are things such as local "Scout Days", community service opportunities or other events that our Scouts might be interested in. The troop will not be organizing trips to these events.

There are applications for Mountain Biking and COPE that need to be filled out.
Merit badge pre requisites are not available yet.
You can find the merit badge forms on the sign up table at the troop meetings. Circle your merit badge selections and Mr. Roby will sign you up for them as soon as sign ups open.
Current medical forms parts A, B and C are required for summer camp. Make sure yours is updated.
Don't forget to sign up for activities you will be participating in. We use these sheets to track attendance for advancement as well as to know what food or supplies are needed for a particular event, as well as figuring out transportation needs. Especially for camp outs, sign ups must be done the Monday before the event. Menu selections and shopping lists are made that day and they can be difficult to change, transportation arrangements are usually made then as well. It is the scout's responsibility to sign up in time for the events, sign up sheets are available during the entire troop meeting and event announcements are made at all troop meetings and they can be found on the troop website calendar as well as in the weekly email blast.
We are looking for committee members, we have some key positions that will need to be filled. It is a good way to be active behind the scenes and to help out the troop. You can speak to me or any of the other committee members about what it entails or some to our next committee meeting on Tuesday, April 25 at 7:00. We meet in a classroom at the church and would be happy to welcome you.
